We can guide you through the sizing process, ideal location of the system, all the way to the installation and commissioning, meeting the requirements of the Australian standards.

Install Only

We provide an install only option, if you have pre-purchased your own unit, we can guide you through the ideal location of the system before we begin the installation and commissioning process, all meeting the requirements of the Australian standards.

Replacements

Is your air conditioner not working? We can help. We remove and replace old or faulty air conditioners, and replace them with a new modern system. Today’s air conditioners are more energy efficient and could save you $$$ on running costs. Meaning you could be cooler or warmer for longer, for less money.
*All new replacement units come with the first annual service for free.

Servicing and Maintenance

Air Conditioning like all other equipment needs regular servicing to ensure the efficient running of the unit and the longevity of the system. We conduct various forms of servicing from minor cleans to full services, complete with instructions and maintenance advice, to ensure you save money and your investment lasts as long as it can.

All our work is guaranteed to meet the best practices and installation requirements of AS3000, Refrigerant Handling Code of Practice 2007, and AS/NZ ISO 817, National Construction Code/Building Code Australia, all with customer satisfaction.

We have a safety management plan in place and conduct risk assessment forms at all times, to ensure the safety of Us, the tenants, our Customers providing a safe compliant working environment.

Air Conditioning Size & Installation Guide

Selecting the correct size air conditioning unit is essential to ensure the system performs efficiently in your home or office.

An undersized unit will not only result in costly higher power consumption, it will also impact the lifespan of the unit. An oversized unit will incur an unnecessary additional cost.

Use the calculation method below to estimate the size unit for the area to be air conditioned. This is a guide only and the environmental conditions also need to be taken into consideration.

10 to 16 sq metres – 2.0kw range
16 to 24 sq metres – 2.5kw range
25 to 35 sq metres – 3.5kw range
35 to 50 sq metres – 5 to 6kw range
50 to 65 sq metres – 7 to 8kw range
65 to 85 sq metres – 9.0kw range
